Message from Founder
My name is Ying. I was born in Bangkok but raised and grew up in Nakornpathom, Thailand, a city renowned for its delicious food.
The reputation of Nakornpathom’s restaurants for serving exceptional food is widely known among Thai people. If you ever have the chance to visit Nakornpathom, you can randomly walk into any restaurant, and 99% of the time, you will be impressed with their dishes.
With my experience in eating authentic Thai cuisine and desserts, I can easily distinguish between good and not so good flavors.
I usually love to cook for my family. But today, I would like to introduce you to my favorite dessert, Pandan Custard or “Sangkhaya” in Thai. I am confident that you will enjoy it as much as my family does.
All the best,
Ying, Jiranun Pipatpatipan
